How do you want to be reachable online?
This is a digital agreement. Please read it carefully and sign below.
You are purchasing the package shown in the overview above, at the one-time and monthly costs stated there (excl. VAT). Any add-ons selected are included, at the rates stated in step 2.
The minimum term is 24 months from the date of signing. After that, the agreement is cancellable monthly. Add-ons are cancellable from 12 months after the date you added them to your subscription.
Invoicing of the monthly subscription starts as soon as your website is live, or no later than 30 days after signing this agreement — whichever comes first. This prevents delays in invoicing caused by your content not being provided yet.
After signing, you get access to the REDS Client Portal. There you provide your logo, photos, texts and business information at your own pace, track progress, and give feedback on revisions. You'll usually receive your first concept within 5 working days after all required information has been fully provided via the portal — not from the date of this agreement. After your approval, the site goes live immediately.
REDS Web Services processes personal data (such as customer and review data on your website) solely on behalf of and for your business, in the context of building and managing your website. We do not sell data and take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure it.
Everything you supply yourself, such as your logo, photos and texts, and your domain name remain yours. The rights to the design and construction of the website that REDS builds remain with REDS; after full payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use. The full arrangement is set out in article 5 of the general terms and conditions.
You will receive an invoice by email, payable within the term stated on it. Automatic direct debit via a payment provider will follow at a later date.
